Hello All, We have a 2012 333d Track in our shop. The problem is that the parking brake is being triggered on one side only in reverse. This happens sporadically and will sometimes go a full day without triggering. The problem is that it will not fully fail so we can diagnose and fix. We have swapped the pump solenoids out, checked wiring. Any suggestions would be great. TY
Welcome to HEF Jon ! When seeking help, please provide then machine's complete serial number. That way accurate information can be provided. Also, scroll through the monitor and post any stored or active codes. Which side? My suggestion is when looking in at the pumps, the 2 pump solenoids on the right side, tug on their wires at the connector and watch for the insulation on the wire to "stretch". It is a common problem on those machines to have a broken wire at those solenoids. Might as well check all 4 solenoids while you are at it.
Good Morning, The serial number is 1T0333DKKCD236077. Currently, there are no active codes, there a stored code 522448.05/ Right reverse solenoid out of range. Also, the slow speed indicator is present. Do you happen to know where we could get a replacement wiring harness for the main drive pumps? TY
If you find a bad wire, just fix it. Right reverse should be the solenoid closest to you on the right when looking in. Tug on those wires.
