Recently bought a 2013 287c track machine has 2000hrs on the machine long story short had to put a new motor in it from damages caused by previous owner! I had a new motor installed, new injectors, new injection pump, new fuel lines , fuel filters , added new fresh fuel , we bled the air in the lines , The machine has power to the dash an cranks, but WILL NOT START ! The machine will bump start off start fluid but the machine will not start ? Anyone got any ideas ? the timing on the motor an the injection pump have already been checked ! Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks
Bascis first if you please. Serial Number of machine. This will identify what starting interlocks (if any) it has installed. Serial Number of engine that was installed. When you say "new" do you mean "brand-new from the box zero hours" or "new rebuilt" or "new to you"..?

So a rebuilt original engine..? When you turn on the key do you hear the fuel priming pump start to run..? if the fuel pump runs, have you checked if the fuel shutdown solenoid energizes at the same time..?
serial number please first off check that the fuel priming pump has power check that the stop solenoid on the fuel injection pump has power If no power to either of these check fuse or just check fuse#A7 first in fuse block Fuse #7 supply's power to terminal 30 on the fuel pump relay (green) Terminal #87 (pink) supply's power to fuel pump stop solenoid and fuel priming pump The control side of the relay is controlled by the ECM pin #12 (yellow) relay terminal #85 the ECM grounds this terminal to operate the relay power to relay control coil is from main power relay (purple) if you don't have power to the stop solenoid but do have power to terminal #30 temporarily jump connections #30 to #87 this should activate your relay and priming pump for test purposes only Of course this assumes you have bleed and timed the engine and correctly set valve clerances

The fuel pump has power when I can the key on you can here it turn on, as far as the other things you guys have suggested I’ll give it a try tomorrow an I’ll let you know how it works out ! Thanks I’ll Keep u all posted
