Issue is throttle dial is not adjusting the throttle. System light flashing, replaced actuator, potentiometer is good. Spent way too long looking for bad wires didn't find any, good continuity... I saw a post from a few years ago discussing the same issue. Fuses are good, never blew a fuse just suddenly stopped working.
