Good afternoon. I have a 2013 John Deere 544k and has code 611.3 injector short to power. I’ve check injector harness and engine harness all the way to the ECU. It will crank beautifully just won’t kick over. Attempts to with little smoke coming out stack. Any pointers will be helpful.
Welcome to HEF Brandonmp ! Let's start with the complete machine serial number please. There are 11 versions of that machine.

Do you know how to enter the service menu to clear all the codes? Clear them, try to start the engine. Does the same code come back? Disconnect the injector harness at the cylinder head. Ignition on. Crank engine if necessary. Does the code change? If so, to what?
Let me ask this a different way. Does the 611.03 remain active or does it move to stored? Just so you are aware, ignition on with the injector harness disconnected will introduce a bunch of other codes.
With injector harness connected you are able to clear code. Once you go to crank code comes back. With injector harness disconnected no other codes come active and code 611.3 stays active and will not clear.
Was the ignition off when you disconnected, then turned on? If so, you still have either a harness issue or a driver issue within the ECU. With the injectors disconnected, that eliminates that area as a voltage short. I sent you the code diagnostics for your serial number. Check your messages.
