Error code 9406 shows after -36 below temperatures. No communication with ECU. Have checked all fuses and all are good. Have warmed it up to room temps thinking moisture might have had something to do with it. No luck. Going to lift cab and check connections or loose fittings ? Help would be appreciated. Suggestions. Ohhhh ohhhh...we had same problem..on 2014 c227 nh.....the dealer told us that the starter drew to much amps in cold start and fried ecu under the floor boards.....thank god it was under warranty. They changed the ecu. Everything worked after that...so i assume they were right...mind you we only plugged it in for a couple hours....so it started kinda hard...
