2016 cat skid steer fault code 41-4 low voltage

I was running my mulcher. All of the sudden the mulcher stopped and i got this fault 41-4 8 volt dc below normal voltage. Mulcher was on continous flow in high flow mode. Any help on how to fix. Replaced a fuse re wired a frayed wire. I started the skid again after the fixes. code was still present when i hit the rocker it acted like it was going to work but disappeared that quick. Skid is acting fine but aux hydro is not engaging. Any help
