I have a 2019 cat 305.5 that both thumbwheels quit working, not at the same time tho. Both are giving a code for voltage above normal. Looking for any steps on how to properly diagnose it. Battery voltage is good aswell as charging voltage.
Please can you kick off with a Serial Number followed by the exact Codes you are seeing.
CR508282 and my codes are 1658-3 and 1657-3.
