2070 mustang quick attach

I bought a 2070 Mustang and have never been able to get the bucket quick attach lock brackets to release. I’ve took the handles off and the plates cleaned out all the dirt. Everything is rusted. I’ve rust blasted the mechanisms and oiled them. My question is it possible to find new locking mechanisms to replace the old ones still haven’t had any luck getting them to release . Thanks for any help
