21 Case sr210b no start

Case sr210b stopped dead and threw a code 1051 still have cab power but no crank, faint click when trying to start. so we checked battery cables, fuses, the big fuse everything was good there so next step check to see if we have power on both sides of the fuse? Machine was used in silage so it's pretty gross after 5 washes
