I have a 225 bobcat mini excavator, it has the front push blade with one jack that picks it up the blade leaks off and you have to keep raising back up when you ard traming it, it dont leak fluid, would that be the cylinder needing over hauled or the control valve, thanks for any informaton

    Lift the blade up and shove a floor jack under it to support it in the up position, shut the machine off. Disconnect the hoses at the blade cylinder and cap/plug the hose and cylinder fittings with proper JIC plugs/caps (available at any good hyd hose supplier). Remove jack from under blade and see if blade drifts down over short period of time. If it does, blade cylinder piston seal is bad. If blade holds, problem elsewhere.
