I have a CAT 259D Machine serial ftl19597. Won't start and at first thought the fuel pump was out since it didn't make the "clicking" sound when the key was turned. Looked at the diagnostic codes and it's showing: 41-4, 458-3, 1627-5, 2474-3, 2475-3, 2476-3, 2477-3, 3700-4. All of these seem to be tied to something electrical that's not right.
Here's what they all mean. 41-4 - 8V sensor power supply low voltage 458-3 - Lift Cyl Pressure sensor voltage 1627-5 - Fuel Pump relay current below normal 2474-3 - Left joystick fore/aft position sensor 2475-3 - Right joystick fore/aft position sensor 2476-3 - Left joystick left/right pos sensor 2477-3 - Right joystick left/right pos sensor 3700-4 - Bucket pos sensor low voltage. Attached the troubleshooting procedures. I'll send you the electrical schematic separately.
Of all the above I'd start with the 8v power supply to the sensors.
