I have a 267B SKID STEER it is bogged down in mud with the parking break not releasing. I have disconnected the right handle joy stick and disconnected the wires to try and release the hydraulics. We have bypassed the seat and armrest switch still no luck. We cant get beneath the machine, not even pulling it out of mud with a dozer. Is there any way to bypass the parking brake so we can get it to an area to work on it?
does the engine run? Is the hydraulic cooling fan running when the engines running? There is no manual unlock for the brakes.
If it's a hydrostat unlocking the park brake won't let it freewheel. I don't know about your machine, some skid steers had "towing valves" that would allow you to SLOWLY tow a machine a short distance.
