Anyone know if jumper wire has to be installed at aux. harness for machine to move (will not move forward or reverse and no lift or tilt). All seat switch and lap bar seem to be working have door switch jumped. Parking light doesn't come on when key is turned on. If wire has to be installed what pins do I jump.
Nothing on the work tool harness plug needs to jumped for the machine to operate. Your parking brake light should always come on when the engine is started so the machine is in the fail safe mode. Can you toggle the brake light 'on' with the switch after starting ?
The circuit board may have went out. Can you still disengage the park brake normally?
When machine acts up light will not come on no matter what you do. Flipping park brake switch doesn't do anything and machine will not do anything. If you leave key on for awhile half hour or so the light will finally come on and it works fine until it sits over night. Next morning no park brake light.
Don't have any experience with your particular problem, but sounds like a bad connection in the harness. The longer you leave the power on, it will arc bad connections, eventually making a connection. Sounds like what you are experiencing. After you do get it to start and run it for a bit, will it act normally and restart right away ? I would check the keyswitch connections first then work your way back to the engine compartment. Might even 'bump' the keyswitch panel with your fist to see if you can influence a bad connection before you take the panel out.
