287c something is out of wack.

Got a 2013 287c2 Highflow XHP SN# SSB00421 in the other day and just now tearing into it. Unit came in with rough idle/miss. While going through the motions checking injectors/fuel flow. I found the fuel hose going to the injection pump was on the check valve side of the filter base or the return side. After swapping them it didn't fall flat on its face above idle anymore. Good deal right! An easy fix. Except now I notice a more severe problem. Running above idle and mid throttle it has a wild vibration that makes the whole machine shake. I raised up the cab and you can see the hydro shaking terribly, not like the bolts are loose but something out of balance. Almost making a plastic on metal type sound when the throttle is pushed. What do you all thing is going on here? The motor mounts are tight and the motor starts and sounds good. Runs like a top really just a big vibration that goes away at idle and max throttle anything in between is shaky. All functions work as they should on it, can it be the plastic coupler? Im thinking if it was to break there would be no hyd. function. What are your Thoughts?

If it had a miss w the little bit of fuel it was getting, it’s probably really missing now it HAS FUEL.. Get it shaking and loosen up 1 injector line at a time.. no difference, tighten it up and move to the next.. Hope you find the culprit.. I would swap it to an injector FURTHEST AWAY from the culprit. Just to rule out a bad cylinder..
