Hello, Have a '98 Case 1840. The output shaft is scarred at the end that fits into bearing housing. Needle bearings and self aligning bearings were trashed and are on order. Wondering if anyone knows where I can buy the output shaft by itself? Parts catalog notes it as part # N14671 (with bearings). Maybe cheaper than buying the full motor? By the looks of parking brake assembly and front sprockets, I'm guessing the parking brake was engaged while machine was still moving and mighta had an effect on this bearing, resulting in shaft wear. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
