Hi everyone need some help serial number is JMP00772 I don’t have a code reader but the yellow light with a exclamation mark is always flashing on the cluster key on it flashes and while running it flashes the loader will not go up or down stuck down currently not sure what’s going on need some help checked all the fuses seem to be fine.
Try checking door interlock safety switch.
Can you post a photo of the dash panel in the upper RH corner of the cab.

Thanks for the photos. Unfortunately you have the one type of dash panel where it is not possible to use the panel to access Diagnostic Codes. The red indicator (Lower one of thr two) shows that the Hydraulic Lockout switch has been activated. Can you check whether that switch is in the centre position.
I just put it in the middle position and the red lights off yellow light is still blinking and when I open the door while it’s running the lockout light pops up so I would assume the door safety switch is fine
So you only have the Driver Alert Indicator (exclamation point) flashing now.? Will the machine drive backwards/forwards.? You only have to move it a couple of inches each way to prove that.
Yes that’s the only light on it’s rare but if you shut it off and back on the light might not be up and you can move the loader but it’s rare
So if you shut the engine off and restart and the light happens to be out when you restart then the machine will work fine both implements & drive.?
Yes everything works fine but it varies in time before the light pops up again
And as soon as the DAI light comes back the implements quit working straight away.?
Yes comes back immediately
Do your machine have an air suspension seat.?
Yes it does
OK, so the implement lockout wiring goes through 2 switches (door switch & seat switch) on its way to the ECM. You will need to check out both those switches and their associsted wiring. I'm going to send you an electrical schematic. Keep an eye on your message inbox.
