serial # JMP00922 Lift arms and tilt only work for about 5 seconds after unlocking then no response at all until u lift the arm rest for about 10 seconds then lower and unlock and it works again for a couple seconds. Tracks work good at all times. New hydraulic oil and filter, cut open hydraulic filter and no metal shavings. No active codes or warning lights. Hooked up cat et and checked joystick position in neutral and it responds to whatever position you set it to. Joystick response looks ok.
In addition to the arm bar safety switch has anyone looked at the door switch.? That is also an input to the implement system safety shutoff.
Yes , it has the bypass plug
Have you checked the contacts of that plug for corrosion/condensation/contamination.? Also it's worth noting that the only time the machine should be operated in that condition is if it is being worked with the cab dorr removed for any reason.
yes they are clean, i removed the bypass plug and intstalled a new door switch and is doing the same thing
