304.5 over heating

Guys i have overheating, cant figure it out 2002 304.5, 1525 hrs any help

    Pressure test what is the temperature difference between the lower and upper hoses fan belt tight is the radiator full, does it need bleeding

    I tightened fan belt, moved oil cooler to the side and power washed the whole thing, radiator, oil cooler and everything is sight, rad was dirty and belt was a little loose, mow no problem with overheating, Cheers mike.
