I have a 2011 310 J. It’s Having a Jerky hydraulic function on fast boom down. And slightly slow hydraulic’s. Not super slow but not fast. there’s a little seep from the pump that mounts on the T case. No obvious leaks from any cylinders. Minor seeps from some hoses. Could it be a valve issue? Going to preform filter change tomorrow and see if that helps. Just bought the machine and have about 16hrs on it my self. Total machine hours is around 5k. slower smoother operating it doesn’t do it, but when you are hogging out material in a hurry the boom down jerks with extenda hoe in or out doesn’t matter.
Welcome to HEF Greek$ ! Serial number? Perform a cycle time check of all the functions and post results. Cycle time is performed with warm oil with the engine at fast idle. B/H boom times are with the arm extended all the way and the bucket dumped all the way. Cut open the filter when you change it and inspect.
Did a full service. Seems to be a little smoother but still have the shaking on boom down. Seems to have stopped a little bit but may be placebo from the service. Haven’t got around to cutting the filter open will. Watch video.
Your serial indicates the B?H is a pilot controlled machine (not wobble sticks), correct? Might want to check pilot pressure. I would strongly suggest acquiring the Operation and Test manual TM10846. Also may want to check the valve in the picture below for sticking.
Yes pilot controls, will check ASAP.
