I had my 310J parked for a few months. I started it recently and the hydraulics are sluggish. Changed the main filter. Pump seems fine, plenty of oil and no cavitation. Should I check the main pressure releif valve? Any suggestions as to what might be causing this symptom?
Yes. Hydraulic oil 140-160 deg F. Loader system relief spec. 2800-3000 psi. Backhoe system relief spec. 3525-3725 psi. Also check function cycle times, the procedure and specs are in the Operators manual.
