Haven't yet had that problem with mine, but I haven't started it since November either. Since you have a new starter, I'd check the battery terminals, ground connection and the cables themselves, you might have cooked something. Are your batteries in good condition and fully charged, you might want to charge them, check the voltage and load test them. Check the start terminal on the solenoid, are you getting 12v here when you turn the key, if not check out the key switch cct. When you changed the starter are you sure you installed the start and accessory wires on the correct terminals on the solenoid? Good luck, hope you have a warm place to work on it.

Will the engine start when you jump the starter .? When the voltage is low , the amperage go up , so I think you may have popped a circuit breaker or burnt a relay . . You may have to reset it . You may have burnt the start wire from the ignition. if the ignition is a pain to get at , you can temporally put a push button switch in the cab and run a wire from a known from 12/24V to the solenoid. before you use push button switch , you have to confirm that when you turn the key to "run" position and you jump the sol , the engine will start . if it doesn't start with the key in the run position then you may have no power to your fuel pump sol if so equipped. you can confirm this with a test probe .
