any one know the test procedure to test monitor

    Do you have unswitched power and ground on it.?

    I have power with switch on have to check with off have no reading on panel wires and plug are good so b+ is hot always any other have power

    103-RD is unswitched battery power. K997-BU (marked Main) is switched batt+ coming from Eng/Pump controller CONN 2, Pin 38. Do you have the electrical schematic.? I'm not entirely sure how RS485 communication protocol works, but YouTube threw up this video. i don't know how much use it might be.
