hey guys i bought a 315 cl and plumbed it to run a hammer used inline relief valves ran 1" tube and hoses and i got hammer on machine this morning had a guy push the pedal but the i can only get 15-1800psi out of the circuit at full rpm i put a cat foot pedal in the machine Its hammers alright but would like to get 2600 psi out of it

Where did you connect? Did you add spool? Existing spool? What kind of inline relief? What does pedal do? Hydraulic pilot, or electronic?

Did you check to see if there were reliefs already in the auxiliary valve? Most people don't use in line reliefs because the factory cartridges are cheaper than purchase and installation of the in line reliefs.

Ok so no relief in block cat wanted 1270$ cad each then there was a blank ports in valve body came out of those into inline relief -16 inlet outlet with -16 relief port. Its hydraulic foot pedal that ties into the pilot pressure and return of machine. The return line from hammer has a 3way valve that can return to tank or go back to valve body for 2-way it seems line I'm getting the flow just cant get more pressure my inline relief have a spot for a gauge to see what my operating pressure is as adjusting pressure but if i cap my relief return to tank port it still only runs 1500-1800 psi I'm thinking i have to trick the pump to produce more pressure when only using the aux function as machine didn't come set up for it.
