I am not sure what you mean? power shift pressure is not fixed it varies with a number of different operating conditions do you have a problem with the machine ? Also there are quite a few different versions of this model and is difficult to give information without the SERIAL NUMBER Mark

yes bogging when using the functions or driving set the prv. 363 and 73 but found out you can set to 1 or 2 pumps it was set on 1 should it be set on 2 in the service mode #6cr01527

one or two pump flow refers to an attachment circuit only i.e. hammer circuit I would be checking the condition of the engine before you go too much further is the fuel system ok ? check primary fuel pressure is the governor control allowing full throttle ? visual check at high idle stop intake air system i.e. Air cleaners, run with elements removed temporarily muffler blocked? Have the engine valves been adjusted recently? is the monitor operating correctly on key on and showing all indicators are normal are any indicators on or showing fault codes? Does the controller just have the green light on? Has the PVR pressures been calibrated against a known accurate pressure gauge Mark

Motor runs real good no smoke when it lugs down when I use fine control it does not lug down if I use back up switch it still lugs down.

ok set my PVR to factory spec. pilot ps, was at 650 set it to 595 and set the h and L to spec. still boggy not as bad also put new PVR solenoid on line pressure valves have never been touched still have paint on them but main relief can tell somebody has touched it if it was set to high could that cause it to be boggy

Whats rpm of engine under load and no load ?

  7. #7jook242017-08-26 13:36

2100 no load and drops to 1650-1680 when two hydraulics are used then when back to one jumps to 1900 when you go to move machine it bog down then it will jump up in rpms

Rpm 2 pumps is max 1720 min is 1620 How much is pump pressure ? What about fuel pressure ? How many hours as the engine ?

  9. #9jook242017-08-26 14:07

not sure about pump pressure or fuel pressure runs real good no smoke under load not sure what you mean bout 2 pumps and rpms.I have a 315 it drops maybe 100 rpm under load.

2 pumps is 2 hydraulics used 1720 rpm is under load of 2 pumps it may drop till 1620 rpm if its boging it dont runs good check pump and fuel pressure dont compare 315 and 320 they have different pumps and engines

yes I no they are different just assuming it should only pull down like the 315 right or wrong thanks
