320D2 L no throttle response

Hi Excavator : model 320D2 L S/N prefix : zcs No throttle response. In monitor it is changing from 1 up to 10, but engine speed not changing. The following done, but not fixed. - changed motor governor -checked voltage in motor governor connector, there is battery voltage, And the third wire, going to machine ecm is OK, but when changing throttle speed there is no voltage in that wire Please waiting help Thanks in advance -

    When you replaced the governor motor did you carry out the calibration process for the motor you installed.?

    Any chance the switch behind the right armrest is in manual position instead of auto?
