Valve lash (cold) 0.38mm inlet, 0.64mm exhaust. Fuel injector pop pressure is only available on the fuel setting microfiche and I don't have a copy.

Injectors are probably just as cheap to replace instead of messing around with them. Do you have a Parts Manual yet.? Regarding servicing an injector pump iin your neck of the woods - no idea.
In my street a friend has a diesel shop… it’s common to repair, test and retrofit all kinds of injectors, for automotive vehicles… CAT’s are not common there… at all. All sorts of mechanichal diesel pumps are also serviced there. Pumps and injectors are like clock work, so papers are needed, to avoid lots of guessing. Guessing takes a lot of time and effort. And injector for this engine in my world cost 80€ plus VAT. Not a cheap part for us. When one add’s up all of it … Thanks again
There lies the difference. For pencil-type injectors like the ones in your engine at €80 each we would simply install new injectors and avoid all the hassle. BTW the injector Part Number is 8N-7005, or 0R-3418/0R-1740 if Reman is available.
Fuel injector pressure setting - 2250 ± 50psi.
It's your money but keep in mind sometimes cheapest isn't the best deal, I myself have been guilty of stepping over a $10 dollar bill to pick up a dime...more than once.
Hy guys Thanks for the part numbers… Around here this dealers are selling China crap at 80€ CAT orig it’s 300€ Remans is what I can do if I get the specs, and part numbers of parts as we do with Busch’s or denso’s , A bosch injector for P type pumps ends up @ 40/50 with orig parts. Gents , just for a quick feedback… Valves adjusted to 40 and 60… quite common nr in slow diesels … exaust valves were set at 45… guess somebody done something wrong before. Intakes were fine. Injectors also we’re fine. Atomizing well and no dripping… Thanks all of u for the imputs
