Have any of you seen this type of bolt it on cat d6r 3306 fuel ratio control

    That's so you don't play with it quite likely to be vise grid, extracto socket or weld a nut or bolt to it size.

    its a safety bolt there a diaphragm in there that can go bad so i was just wondering if there is a tool or if i need to get creative.

    Crush the ring with vise grips and turn the bolt out. Replace it with a standard bolt.
