331 Bobcat excavator error code 63 – 06

I am not getting any continuity through the hydraulic temperature or the engine temperature sensor is that normal

    Also Motor temperature gauge is Peg on display And all the hydraulics are locked out

    I put both the hydraulic temperature sensor and the motor sensor in boiling water and I still don't get continuity through them So I would assume they are badd Can I get an opinion on this
