What would cause the injector actuator to hang up? When you turn the Jake off, you can see the actuator maintaining contact with the injector rocker for about 10-15 seconds. We did pull it apart, and the springs are ok and the piston seems to move freely.

Never had one do that.
So, if we had a manual, we'd have known to pull the little cover where the return oil comes out.
Somebody has to be the first one Shimmy. LOL can you get just the spring?
You can find broken springs in any jake it just depends on the miles. You found it on your own, good, now you will remember that in the future.
