looking for complete hydraulic control valves for 3800 back hoe mine has been rebult 3 times.leeks like a #*& dont want parts.only complete leek free unit thanks
What do you mean it has been rebuilt???
it had new o rings and back up washers installed by a hydraulic shop in winnipeg and i did it twice.it leaks between the 2 hydraulic lines at the valve .i havent run it for 2 years but i think it was all 6 valves
If it is leaking between sections check the torque on the tie rods and the seal grooves for corrosion
its leaking out of the poppet valves they have a snap ring that holds it in the boar of the valve.theres a15`/16 x1 1/8x3/32 o ring and back up washer the ih part no#is394 705r93 x3valves one 383 270 r92 and two of383 271 r93 you can get to the snap rings if you remove the two hydraulic steel lines that are one above the poppet and one below the poppet
