I have a 40xt skid steer that bogs down under a load and it takes a second or two before the RPM's build back up. I put a load on it by filling the bucket with dirt and it killed and now it will not start. I thought I had simply run out of fuel so I filled it. I checked the filter and took the fuel line off and it seemed to have plenty of pressure. Any thoughts?
