Does anyone know of a cheaper place than Cat to get replacement glass for a 420D? I need the back glass and left door top glass.
Go local... try an auto glass place to have one custom cut
where i work we have a bunch of 430d's and kids are always breaking the glass on them in the cities. Yea with cat you have to pay through the nose. We ended up finding some local guy who goes right out to the job, cuts the glass right their and installs it pretty cheap.
I had thought of going local, just wasn't sure if they could put the holes in the glass for the latches.
Yea you have to make sure you get a guy who cuts the glass right their that way he can take the handles off the old window. Then he cant cut the holes on the new glass and install the old handles on the new glass.
