No, I don't think it would be good value. I would never buy an engine from a company with such a glossy website, maybe not buy a used engine from any company with a website? Is this a Case with an existing 4bt? what's wrong with it? My first choice would be to rebuild it. Or buy a local rebuild on exchange.
