544h bad vibration

Good evening all, A customer of mine has a 544H that developed a horrible vibration between 1800 and 2100rpm after it sat for a week. About 4 weeks ago I replaced the u-joints in the prop shaft from engine to transmission with new spicer joints. No vibration noted at the time, just a clicking from worn joints. Machine was used daily for a couple weeks after with no issues. Last monday he asked me to come listen to a noise it was making after sitting for a week. Doesn't matter if the machine is in neutral or moving down the road, there is a horrible vibration around 1800 - 2100 rpm that rattles all the body panels. The vibration sounds a bit like a whine, almost like a hydraulic pump cavitating but operation of transmission and hydraulic system is completely normal. Last week i did the following: Checked all bolts and rubber mounts on cab, engine and trans Checked and tightened all bolts on steps, panels etc. Inspected for hoses touching frame or body of machine Removed drive shaft from engine to trans and ran engine - vibration not present when shaft is removed. Inspected drive coupler (dampener) found rubber falling apart - replaced drive coupler and assembled, same vibration. Replaced hydraulic oil filter and checked transmission filter for debris (old filters only have 200 hrs on them). Hoping someone else has seen a simlar issue and may have a direction to point me. Any input is apprciated! Vibration is so bad if I set a 19mm deep socket on the floor pan, it will jump about 2 inches off the floor when engine is revved up.

On my 6059 544G, the harmonic balancer would separate. Lost a block that way. My 6068 Deere haven't had that problem. Also, lost converter support bearing on one the 544G. I gotta wonder...did you pull the engine to replace the coupling and shaft. Could the coupling be leaning from debris underneath the rim? You sure drive shaft is in phase? You replaced joints...you sure you didn't tip a needle under a cap?

Driveshaft is in phase and u joints checked out perfect the other day, no play and free rotation from all caps. Engine was not pulled, i fought my way in through the bottom to replace both. Flywheel housing on engine was cleaned out as well when coupler was replaced. When watching with the naked eye it appears shaft and coupler are rotating true with no wobble. Harmonic balancer appears ok as well and vibration is not present when shaft to trans is disconnected so that should rule that out.

When I lost the converter support bearing, the yellow paint around it had turned brown. I don't remember it shaking, but, it was loud.

That ended up being what it was, pulled the hydraulic tank and was able to access it better.
