966G wheel loader not moving in all speeds

Hi Wheel loader 966G S/N. AXJ The machines is not moving in all speeds, checked by CAT ET, the required solenoids are energized in the engaged speed, Then removed the propeller shafts and tried to operate, still not moving - disconnected the electrical from transmission then gave direct power 12v to two solenoids , one for direction and second for speed, checked in all speeds But still not moving. For the parking brake just pulled it N.B the transmission is overhauled, Torque converter is also new Kindly ask help Thanks
