I have an '04 544J with about 4,000 hours on it. Recently the push switch (p/n AT320724) seems to be having issues. Sometime when we strt the machine, all the little red lights will be on, and/or flashing. When this happens, one can't run the loader. Is this a common occurrence? Can anyone tell me if it's the push switch itself, or if there is something else that is causing this? Thanks!
We have replaced a few SSM's. Machine serial number? Any codes when you scroll to codes in the monitor? Post any active or stored. There will probably be some 2XXXX.09 codes in there.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, there are both active and stored codes. See the attached photos.
Here are the 1st (4) stored codes:

If the voltage supply and ground for the SSM are OK and remain OK during a wiggle test of the harness, and the "CAN" wires are not damaged or broken anywhere, then your SSM is on the fritz.
UPDATE: The problem turned out to be the SSM. Replaced it, and now the machine works as it should again. As always, I appreciate the help offered by the HEF community!
