i have a 2009 JD 544k serial#DW544K2624483, i loss all bucket controls, have active code (785.6 FLC pilot solenoid high current) OCCURRENCES 20, i have checked all fuses, steering controls are still operational, if i press the pilot enable/boom down switch while holding the joystick to raise buckets it will raise for a second then cut out, any tips would be appreciated.
The serial # is incorrect, likely is DW544KZ . As a test and to possibly get back to work ,swap the Pilot enable solenoid valve (#10 in screenshot below) for the Diff lock solenoid valve #12. The 2 solenoid valves are the same part number. .
thank you for the response, i did find that the #8 pilot Accumulator Solenoid Valve in the parts diagram was melted on the bottom side and causing the issue.
