We replaced our boom cylinder and changed the hydraulic oil in our machine. The label on the side of the machine calls for case TCH fluid. That is what we used. Now we are getting some cylinder squeal even on some of the older cylinders?? Any ideas?
You most likely have air in the hydraulic oil. What does the oil look like ? If the oil looks good Caterpillar sells an anti-chatter additive that can be added to it.
