I am putting new seals in power steering pump. I pulled a good one. While cleaning the pump up before assembly, I washed my alignment marks off of the pump housing. I can't find any procedure for this in the service manual. Do I just eyeball and pray? What should I do at this time. Thanks
Are you working with the pump that runs off the belt at the front of the engine or the one at the bottom of the steering shaft?
It's the one on the motor. It's not belt driven, it ran of the cam gear.
