60’s 580ck fluid?

I drained this part,very yellow milky(water)looking.Not sure what was there?Do i have to drain all the hydraulic fluid or can i just refill this part. What fluid does it take case tch? I have something called tdh oil for tractor hydraulics?Thanks for all the help.
