632 left drive wheel catch on startup and sitting still with no input

thank you for any help you may be able to provide: After much work I have one problem with my 632 Skid steer. If the brake is on before starting and when attempted to start with the brake on the left side wheels try to move forward and place a strain on the motor which impairs the starting of the machine. With brake off and starting you must hold on to the left control bar so the machine does not do the same thing. You also cannot leave it idle in neutral without it grabbing and doing the same thing. Once operating at a higher RPM problem seems to go away. Here's what I have done to try and correct it. Checked and replaced centering spring, retainers for control arms, adjusted stops and checked for wear. The left drive motor per previous owner was rebuilt one year ago, so he says. Any ideas ? Thanks

It appears you have a working knowledge of the system but have you jacked it up with all wheels off the ground and adjusted neutral by the book procedure? Also check and clean the filter in the port block on top of the pumps , it is in the block behind the center hose. If a motor was worked on there may be debris in the filter.

Stovein, that did the trick. The neutral position is so small the only way to find it and adjust for it is to place the machine up on jack stands. The total input distance difference on the control arm believe it or not was a mere 1/2 " after adjusment. Thanks again.
