having steer issues on right side, hard to push pedal, down remove clutch an brake basket an went threw it, replaced it,,, installed gauge to right side steer valve test port, read over 200 psi, when pedal mashed pressure drops to 0, still acts like clutchs want release,,, having to use brakes to steer, heard theres a hyd adjustment procedure with use of 2 gauges to adjust the spool in steer valve cant kind procedure.
