need to find serial # the one where u mount the unit is painted over tried all i know to remove the paint but it took the number with it. 1994 model i know there should be one somewhere else. any help out there?
Alternate S/N location The S/N is also stamped into the front center of the front axle bolster.
655d front axle bolster. ????????????? dont know what that is.

655d thanks guys when it gets a little warmer i will look. 27 out here now this old man aint that interested in cold weather.
S/N # is stamped on transmission housing rightside facing upward just behind where the starter bolts up and the fuel tank sits. It is kind of hard to see there but it is stamped.
655d Just wanted to know how you like your machine? I have a 555 and it is one incredible machine. I am very happy with it and hope I get many long hours without problems. Any suggestions on maintenance?
dont know where my post went will try again. have only used i about 250 hrs. no complaints so far. still need to replace some bushings on the boom. the 655 seems to be a little slower than the 555. keep the fluids clean and lots of grease. most of my friends grease theirs every morning before using
