700J running fine, then shut off unexpectedly. No loss of power, sputtering, etc. Spins over good, but never starts. Shows code F495 (pump circuit open). Hard to do a thorough diagnosis in the field with no tools, but all fuses seem good. And wires going to injector pump plugged in, no obvious signs. Only about 1200 hrs on dozer. IDEAS??
Call your dealer's service dept and give them the code.
Checked and had voltage at injector pump solenoid. Loosened fuel line. Turned engine over to check for fuel. Lots of bubbles & fuel. Tightened fuel line back and dozer started fine.....:beatsme.
