looks like a barbie patio table? legs out towards the pipe install flat side in first It installs in the "raise" port. (the port feeding the base end of the lift cylinders) The way it works is, when you are raising, the oil pushes the restrictor out against the fitting so the oil can flow freely around it. When lowering, the restrictor seats in the valve and the oil must return through the hole in the center. Thus slowing down the lowering of the loader frame.

Hydralic problems If your looking at the base of the control valve with the nipple for the big hose that goes on the bottom facing you, it should go in the bottom right hole with the flat side first. Can either spool be installed 180 degrees out or can they be installed on either side? Thanks for everyones help
