8/9 ton

Hi all new to this fourm , looking at adding 8 ton excavator . Local dealer has a linkbelt 80 used for sale. I know they are the same as the case cx80. Any body running these , are they ok. What do i need to look at on this,has 4000 hrs.Also has rubber tracks, can you refit with steel when they are done, thx hope to hear from the experts as these are new to me, have always ran backhoes
