My 863 is blowing the dipstick out of the motor about 10 feet at idle, I know it could be bad with rings and such but wanting to start off simple. Found the breather and going to get a new one, just wondering do they all have a PCV Valve and were is it located. Can't find it? The motor runs strong and no other engine problems. This did start happening when it was -20 outside, yesterday about 35 out and still did the same. Thought i'd idle it to thaw things out. Thanks Doug
Sounds like the breather is iced.
Follow the breather hose up to the valve cover, where it goes into the valve cover there should be a cover that you can remove to access a mesh screen that can be cleaned.
