Well, demolition is hard on old hoes. We had a weird problem where the rear pump would intermittently not go into stroke, checked everything, all control pressures.' Found the check poppet above the propel relief bad and looked like a milk dud, spring gone and the seat hammered. Took the valve out, had a buddy make a tool to machine the seat, replaced all the springs in all checks and also all the check poppets, 3 total were hammered crap, put it all back in and it works great. Ran for 2 days and now the front pump is very noisy so the boss is removing it and bringing it to the shop. I think it got taxed doing all the work while the rear was not stroking. And while it was working good it snapped the upper shear jaw in half. Ill post pics next week.
