HI all, I was hoping to find out if the ECU in my 1993 k3500 6.5 turbo diesel will support a change from the 93 mechanical fuel injection pump to a 1994+ electronic fuel injection pump. I got the truck with a blown motor already ripped out and a freshly rebuilt 6.5 on a motor stand. the motor that I will be dropping in has the 1994+ electronic fuel injection pump. the old motor that came out of it was the 1993 with mechanical fuel injection pump. I have the wire harness off the 94 and it seems to plug in perfect. I will include some pictures any info would help!!! I appreciate everybody.
