On the loader operator they are too brake master cylinders that are on the right side looks like they have breather filters and fluid is leaking out of them brake fluid. Does this mean both brake boosters are bad?
Yes, it does. You can buy probably buy seals for them but when they get old they rust internally and may be beyond repair.
